Actually they can do whatever they want. My account got deleted 1 week ago and I obviously made a complaint about it and guess what? They sent me that ctrl c + ctrl v message about botting.

The sad part is that I can't do anything because I'm not from germany...

Exactly. So what's the point of arguing if they don't bother to read the e-mails that people send?

They don't care about deleted accounts and they don't make any effort to investigate if there's an error involved. They will not recognize that there's an error involved in deletion if there aren't enough (a lot) of players that have been affected by that mistake.

Why do you think that they don't provide any information about deletions? Do you think it's because of bot developers? They don't want to do this because this way you can't complain about what they did to "recognize" that you're botting, so you can't explain the situation and try to revert it.

One great tip that most people forget:
Don't be a dick. Bot in places that are appropriate for your level.

Many people won't care that you're botting. But if you're a level 77 EK taking away all of a level 20's xp by botting at the nomad cave (for example), they'll report you out of spite.

5. Minimized Tibia Client? No
6. How Many Bot Chars On The Account? 3 chars on one acc (The same place i bot 3 acc per 3 char, only one acc got banned)
7. Botting Places? Venore Coryms by @Imba
8. Botting Time? - randomly from 4 to sometimes 10-12h
9. Mass Reported? don't know - there all use a bot.
10. Screenshot? Can't login game/website. Website says "This account can not be recovered." and Character XXX does not exist.
11. Actions I wrote an email to support. We are waiting for a response. I will keep you informed.
