I don't know anything about BE, but I will not be surprised if it causes the end of public bots in Tibia (if they disallow virtualization).
Yes, you can control everything that happens in your computer, but it is not so easy to deal with a program that updates itself specifically to check for your modifications.
That said, I don't expect it to be able to stop people from making private bots.

In my opinion it's a next propaganda from CipSoft, after they deleted Gamemasters they told us they are working about system which detecting botters, does it work well till now? I think they want just to show people which playing manually "they doing something about botters". Most of game got bots and it will not be changed. It's not the end for botters. Thats my few cents![]()
It has been beaten previously and it still is now, The only thing that is available for games protected by battleeye at the moment are private cheats that cost 100 euros per month, There use to be alot of public ones 2 years ago but you needed an undetected script executor, then the scripts got detected, and once that happens you need to start from fresh with a completely different script, and there isn't many available anymore, and thats why they are all private and cost so much.
Alot of people don't know what Battle Eye actually does so here is a thread with alot of information from a highly respected person within the arma cheating community who use to create cheats for those games (I used alot of them).
https://www.reddit.com/r/arma/commen...hard_drive_to/ (Information from 2 years ago, its much more advanced now)
So if it actually gets implemented and works correctly, windbot wont survive longer than 6 months as a public bot, And thats why none of the cheat providers bother making cheats for these games, It definitely wont be as simple as updating the bot when they update battle eye like @SuNe said, 1 detection which will happen will put you back on ground zero, its too much effort.

Well, first of all they will start to work with BlackEye in a month, but it could take months to add it,
secondly we have no idea how it will works with tibia (and if it will be able to add it here, they even dont know it yet).
Even there will be no option to pass it for now, there is still solution, move botting into flash client
Flash is dead, won't be supported in year or two, so sooner or later CIp is going to take it down, but could give extra time community to find new solutions
Assuming he never wants to abuse this (his anti-cheat allows the server to send arbitrary code for execution on the client, and he can send this to specific clients. He can, on the fly, execute whatever code on your computer he wants, and would easily be able to dump any files from a targeted user, or every user using this mechanism) it won't cause much harm. It's still creepy as hell, but he's probably not pilfering through your hard drive.
holy fucking shit

lol theres so much drama
The only way we can bot now is using an external machine which interacts with mouse and keyboard, simulating a real human. That would be really expensive tho.
