Well.. the yesterday (Oct. 5th) there was another update for Tibia 11, I believe every time Cip makes an update Lucas has to find all the memory values again from scratch unless he has a pattern scanner to do it for him, otherwise, these updates are making the new release a lot slower.

Honestly it depends entirely on what level of shit CIP throws at us. If there are new features constantly, it's hard work. If the changes are small and just bug fixes, finding the addresses only takes a couple of hours at the most. There also are ways to work around this (if you run client.exe instead of tibia.exe, it won't update), but these methods might result in other strange things happening. If your client doesn't match what the server expects, you could encounter crashes and stuff on the new client.

For now, all we can say is that Lucas is working as hard as he can on the new client. We'll likely release a beta of the bot for it within the next few days, but as it stands we'll probably run this as a beta for a few weeks since we don't want to deliver only one product which might not function fully. We've been testing internally a bit and there are some very odd bugs we're working out which have made life difficult too.

Go down on this page a bit, click on the "First" option and then read the main post. There is an explanation on which version of Tibia you should use to use windbot.
And we have a entire section called tutorials, windbot is similar to tibiaibot but it seems like you came from xenobot..
