The fact that you pay for a service is slightly irrelevant. After all, it is also customers who DDoS the servers. I'm not saying it's you, specifically, but you can't complain about "our side" when it's "your side" which make a public navigation server a requirement. This service is an extra, it was never guaranteed at the time the product was released. While we do everything we can to keep it running smoothly, there's a limit.

If you actually want support, tell us every piece of information you can. Until then, consider that you won't get further responses from us.

Don't tag Lucas or any mods. It doesn't help, it doesn't speed up answers, and it's not remotely useful to any of us. What happens when you try to create a room? Any messages at all? Are you running the navi server as admin or under sudo? Which OS are you using? If you want support, try to support yourself first by looking at the situation you're in, and the potential risk.

i go open nav server and error: msvcp140.dll ... but in C:\Windows\System32 have the archive msvcp140.dll ... I tried to Install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32 bits)

but errror 0x80240017: erro nao especificado
