That error message happens if your IP address changes mid-session. Someone was talking about it a few days ago (maybe even on this thread), and he was on mobile network which had some insanely short lease time.

how much cipsoft takes to reply an e-mail? got deleted and emailed in a noob account, the only one. wtf. had a internet kick and had to restart my router, when i came back it was deleted, guess reconnect.

If you're not connected to the internet, reconnect script isn't going to get you deleted. Are you sure your net actually died and you didn't just get kicked because of deletion, assume your net was down, restart router and notice?

CIP usually reply in 1-2 days...

100% sure, i had to restart because my computer stopped to receive the Router Signal and wasn't connected to any when i get back (40 seconds later) account or password incorrect error in console.

Btw: my character appeared online in Tibia.com but clicking in him page says, Character doesn't exist. Checked e-mail and got it.

Maybe that's why they got deleted mate Don't create more than 1-3 acc per day and maybe you will be fine.

I have a question, I never got pacc char deleted. What happens with tibia coins that are on the account? They are gone? If I have 200$ or 2000$ worth tibia coins they can simply delete it?
And another question, did you ever get deleted with some large amount of tibia coins on the acc or maybe with large amount of pacc days?

x2 accounts this week but i know why this second time... spamming abilities even alone in cave, that's why i got, i was using a script for 30 with a 17 and forgot to take them off of healing, at 20 tried to spam exura gran in cave (Helheim) and for that exhausting and repetitive action got deleted, or i hope so it was. Btw, just my premium accounts has been deleted, FACC are alive, damn cipsoft. But i guess was because the exhaust and no one reported me, i bot in empty spawns.

I never logged in or botted on any of the accounts

The next morning, even though they were never used, they were all deleted, along with the 10 accounts I had made previously over the last week.

So I guess it's important to not-make many accounts in a small amount of time, since it's convenient that they are all deleted, even ones that are not used.

It happen when you use the same ip for create several accounts, try to use a proxy or make just a few accounts once a day.
