You shouldn't activate voucher on such low levels, but... any spawn with 250k/h+ on your 125, I recommend Drefia Wyrms or Sea Serpents X1.
On the 65, you barely will find a spot with 100k/h on 1x, I'd give a try on any dragon lair, mutated humans + rats, mistrock with looting off and port hope coryms.

Go hive surface, there is no better place.

Normal tibia you can make like 150k/h..

But watch out,you can die there easy if your script isnt good enough.
