IT happened like 2 times in 5 days i try to record it but its hard

well maybe monsters bugged your map while you were running, try just add here some node closer to stairs but first kill monsters and i think it should help for your issue

Those emails don't have scripts. I can't sent you script if you said I BOUGHT them because i don't have proof, like i told you if you give me correct email and they will be here i can change them to your main email but you don't have purchases on those.
