    Buying the Bot, taking way too much time.

    I bought the bot with PayPro... I'm asking because it have been almost 24 hours already, and I'm getting impatient. For a payment service to take this long is weird. I'm asking if I should cancel the payment and use a different payment service. I get it that you guys do it with re-sellers, but why isn't there a direct way?

    After all what you offer is a service and we're paying for it, I did my first payment for this bot yesterday and I'm already regretting it. Waiting this long for something I already payed its unreasonable, since you're not expected to deliver something to my house or anything like that, just change a line in code that makes me premium.

    I believe you should give premium time as soon as someone pays using your website to do so, Waiting for confirmation on a third party isn't reasonable if you're going to make your clients wait for days for something that should be instantaneous. I have no clue on how you manage your business but I already experienced it, and I'm still waiting for something that was payed.

    I don't think how someone sane would think waiting more than 24 hours or up to 48 hours for something that should be virtual and instantaneous is a fair way to treat your clients. I was wondering that maybe there was some kind of trouble with my payment until I searched around the forums and found out that this happens constantly.

    I don't want to end this post with so much negativity so I will say this, Windbot is the best bot I have used and really enjoyed every day of the free-trial, It is user friendly and has little room for improvement. I'm thankful for the fact that I was able to test it before paying for it.

    You could start to unhide your order number, since without it we can not look it up from our end.

    We cannot simply activate a user license without confirmation exactly because of the reasons it takes a while for the confirmation to be delivered: we don't know if the payment will be approved or not. The third parties are usually running background checks and manual verifications to assert whether it is a legitimate purchase or not. If we release your order and after that they tell us we're not getting any money, it ain't good.

    On a complete unrelated (not really) and private note, I do have an instantaneous reselling service for WindBot licenses. Check my signature for more.

    It's good to know that there are instantaneous ways, it should be informed in the purchase page, instead of just redirecting to those 3 re-sellers, (and by the way they don't seem to be re-sellers but payment services, so there's that).
    About your comment of simply activating user license, it is possible to do it without verification as tibia.com does. Because Canceling them it is also a possibility since we're not given anything physical.

    That's odd... Every time I purchase my premium account I have to wait for confirmation. Sometimes it takes quite a few hours and they have never added my premium time earlier than that.

    I have never waited a second after paying with credit card for premium time on tibia.com, Maybe you have done it in some other way, but electronic payments are instantaneous, If you go to a store and buy a TV, they won't hold it until some confirmation, those are done instantaneously by the banks. What happens here is that you're not the one getting payed, but some other company and you're waiting for them to pay you, but they already have my money. And we the clients are not responsible.     By the way I just received an Email saying they couldn't confirm it, because they didn't have my phone, which was included on the obligatory payment information. But they haven't returned my money. So I'm contacting PayPro, or canceling the payment if there's no answer.

    Pd: I recommend noone uses this service.

    That's because your payment was approved instantaneously. When it isn't, they don't release the premium time. And I agree that having automatic approval is the usual and the expected, and it is what I expect too when I pay for something (which is the main reason I started RaphSeller), but we have a very different clientele. Our users are all cheating the system and following the pattern, a big part of it also wants to cheat us, so we need to take more restrictive measures to stop them. Unfortunately, this ends up putting an unnecessary strain on the rest of the users, but there isn't much else we can do.
