I bought the bot with PayPro... I'm asking because it have been almost 24 hours already, and I'm getting impatient. For a payment service to take this long is weird. I'm asking if I should cancel the payment and use a different payment service. I get it that you guys do it with re-sellers, but why isn't there a direct way?
After all what you offer is a service and we're paying for it, I did my first payment for this bot yesterday and I'm already regretting it. Waiting this long for something I already payed its unreasonable, since you're not expected to deliver something to my house or anything like that, just change a line in code that makes me premium.
I believe you should give premium time as soon as someone pays using your website to do so, Waiting for confirmation on a third party isn't reasonable if you're going to make your clients wait for days for something that should be instantaneous. I have no clue on how you manage your business but I already experienced it, and I'm still waiting for something that was payed.
I don't think how someone sane would think waiting more than 24 hours or up to 48 hours for something that should be virtual and instantaneous is a fair way to treat your clients. I was wondering that maybe there was some kind of trouble with my payment until I searched around the forums and found out that this happens constantly.
I don't want to end this post with so much negativity so I will say this, Windbot is the best bot I have used and really enjoyed every day of the free-trial, It is user friendly and has little room for improvement. I'm thankful for the fact that I was able to test it before paying for it.
