Mate, you need to update like.. ALL your scripts.. the loot lists are OLD. gone through 3 scripts so far, all bugging up. the fourth one, medusa tower, just trying it. It left a swamplair armor in a serpent spawn. -.-

Make sure your Tibia Maps are fully explored and clean of marks/icons.
