Windbot 3.0 News?

Hi everyone, i just wanted to know if @Lucas Terra is even working on windbot 3.0? because there have not been any news for a long time, someone know something about it?, lucas said it was coming "soon" and it have been a year without nothing about it, if i hate something is a bad support :/

Well it isnt a bad support, but i don't know whats the word i'm looking for, maybe a little disappointed because he said beta was coming "soon" and that soon has been 1 year, also he isn't telling us any news, i think we "customers" deserve to know a little about it because he already made us think that a new windbot was coming with amazing new features, and now we are just wondering what's going on, i know windbot right now is amazing but i just wanted to know if someone know something about the new one, also he closed the threads to avoid us being asking, that isn't a good way to close it, he must have told us something first to stay calm, 4 example many players may think that the project of a new windbot was canceled or was a lie because we aren't getting info from the owner, anyway thanks for your answer

The reason we don't release new news of it is that we do the want to create more hype.
We mods got a "working" version and have had for quite long time.
The reason for the delay is that lucas is re-written the whole targeting, which is a major part, and want that to be working perfect befor we release a public beta.
It will come, eventually.

I must say i agree with saying "soon" then it takes more than a year is kinda bad information and false even.
If people don't want to hype don't say words such as "soon" and people won't care as much.

People just think like this, when people say soon they actually mean "weo don't know and you shuld not care because it may not be this year or the next."

Wind 3 was planed to be released in its current form (the version us mods are testing and bug finding) when that post was made. However due to some real-life reasons (yes, even us modsmods and Lucas got one) it got pushed up.
After some testing we figured out that it needed some more work to be stable enough for the public.
You must understand that even if we put a huge ass warning text that it is not stable and people will have crashes, the shit storm that we would get would be way less then us delaying it.
While we mods are testing it and finding most of the bugs lucas also started to rewrite the whole targeting so it works with Wind 3 time dragged out and summer update hit us with a lot of new content that we need to find all tps, all quest / level doors, all rope and shovel places, all exani hur up/down spots, and all travel npcs. And trust me, that is a huge ass job to do.

I do not know how much in detail I can go, but here is a quick status update.

We mods and a few selected others got a "working" version of wind 3, however with "working" I mean for areas pre summer update, that don't got special way to get in to it(f.e fenrock/poi dls, drakens after scale etc), with the old targeting system which for now works best with Eks and not distance. We also have few minor bugs left to sort out.

So in conclusion of this whole text, we do notnot want you guys to have a bad experience with wind 3 and make a shit storm of it andand rather delay it untill it works good enough not to couse a shit storm of people complain of the bugs it still has and for all the vocations.

Well i know everyone have a life bro i cand understand it we did not know that u and lucas had some rl reasons that were delaying the wind 3.0 release because u didn't say anything before, i guess your reasons to be quiet were ok but at least some words like this would be great for example i can understand that you had problems and that is a really hard work, i feel better reading some words like this than being without any news and of course we all prefer to wait than having a non finished version but knowing what is going on, thanks a lot for your answer now i know that you guys are working hard and that we can expect a new and better version the next year i think
