If i can suggest something. In script ek drefia wyrms you could add to targeting Necropharus and to looting Soul Stone. Because he respawn at the room where character going to wyrms so if someone will be lucky that can meet him and loot soul stone.

Every time. Refiller doesn't work, runs around in spawn until it's out of supplies and gets trapped and killed. I explained this a month ago.
