Hello I bought a new computer and want to install Windbot and it gives me an inscription "Failed to grant a 14 day trial. Please post on the support forum thread 2147 if you believe you have recevied this message in error.

Just a quick question, i got the trial 14 days and 5 minutes after i tested the bot i bought 3 months. Should i have my 3 months + the 14 days trial or is it normal that they dissapear because thats what happened to me :<

The 14 trial days does not sum up with your subscription time.
