There was something like two reports on xeno forums, mass botters. Anyway, it seems to help against deletions.

CIP won't let you create a character with a name that has been already used.. Even if it was deleted ;p Originally Posted by silherian

As long as I'm paying premmy time with Real Money, I do not get delete.
If I pay premmy with tibia coins, I get deleted in less than a month.

Well, some people said they were good customers, paying only with real money, mounts, pacc, outfits, etc. And they got deleted, but yeah, some people also say they don`t get deleted when they pay with real money.
I pay with my money too and I`m not deleted, maybe there is a slightly less risk, we don`t know.
