All my scripts have forece refill, but if you set the value too low for it to be able to get back to the city then you might run out of manas, which script is it?

And you havent turned on/off/edited any persistants? cavebot > scripter, "refill" for example.
What have you set your values to refill for? The bot will stop attacking (unless trapped) once those values are reached
