Scam report - willeyo

I am reporting user @willeyo for scamming me on an account purchase.

I was buying this advertised account https://forums.tibiawindbot.com/show...er-GOOD-SKILLS

Yet I got something other than what was stated.

According to the thread the account was green conduct yet when I purchased it, I noticed that it had yellow conduct due to someone saying "I will nuke tibia, so no one can power level" and "I sell kks and magebot keys" in advertising channel. He told me he did not know the account was yellow, and that he was hacked due to a keylogger. @willeyo said that he restarted his computer and because doing so he cannot provide me with the RK. This was never mentioned in the thread and it was enough to make me request a refund, which he refused to do. He later admits to me via Skype that the account used to belong to his friend who gave him the account after being hacked. So he lied to me 2x so Its enough to make me thing this guy is untrustworthy.

what scamming? it was my friend acc which got hacked and decide to give me the account, so i sold it for 20 dollar to Renji, ye i didnt know i had yellow dot and its my fault, but i did never scam him, i also asked him if he wants some money back becuase it was yellow dot, he still got access to account, ban me if u want to, aint got time for this kind of ppl

he asked for refund and you sent him 7$ from another paypal acc (not the one he sent money to).

So he offered you 7$ as compensation, which you accepted, but then sent back. Which leaves Renji with the acc with yellow conduct and willeyo with the 20$.
Now you should imo either reverse the trade or do the 7$ compensation (within a timely manner), I will not be doing any bans over this.

EDIT; You wrote some rly stupid msgs on trade chat ingame 6th (1 day after u made the post here on wind) something you rly should have been open about. Refund the deal.

I will just take the account and will reply here if it suddenly disappears. I just want @willeyo to know that he must be honest and up front with trades.
