This release adds compatibility for client protocol 10.64.

Fixed:

• GroupBox returning wrong default value, on user options.
• A few problems with $contextmenuinfo.

Added:

• Cooldown control when changing floors.
• Option to set a default value for ComboBoxes, by setting the "value" property, on user options.
• Option to set item or outfit icons for ComboBox items, see example below.
