Brazilian forums are gone, we decided we'll be acting as a single community from now on, not as different small groups of people separated by language.
Most bugs reported were fixed, so if you did report yours, and it was actually a bug, it was probably fixed as well.
About your PagSeguro doubt, it's cool to pay on whatever your PagSeguro account is, as long as you were directed the PagSeguro from our forums.

Javascript? WindBot scripting is made in Lua.
If you're referring to the User Options JSON structure, there's a tutorial about to be released for it.
