then you should have a blocker and go some place with enough creatures to give you great xp do you mean like that or what you can get by manually doing.

Are any of them spawns better than 500k/h? with no bonus?

for a 205 pally i dont think you can get that but if you could I would assume you have to waste to lure and mad spells and healing. umm you might be able to get 400k xp per hour on most good spawns but i think your capped around there

I am not to sure about that i have seen some get but u have to be at prime to not loot certain thing and have easy and fast in and out from spawn
