I'll tell you how I do this quest with f-accs:
All you need is 1 account with premium and a level 8. You start the quest and get the book in Edron, handle it to your f-acc char, f-acc char delivers mission and does all the others normally. Since it's just a level 8, rook him until all your chars got the quest done xD

And about the witches, it used the lever but had the monsters still alive, I manually skipped the waypoints and it kept going. It wasn't shooting avas on only witches too, so I added them to the action.

Heh, nice idea about 8 lvls So I will add it. I will also add witches to action (I musted skiped them :P) and I will check how to resolve problem with levers.
