Change Wyvern only if traped to not only if trapped

hello guys, i need an action that changes wyvern Only if traped to NOT OIT depending on the floor, it should be something like;

if $posz ~= 15 then setsettings(I NEED HELP WITH THE PATH HERE)
else
setsettings(I NEED HELP WITH PATH AGAIN )
end
