Yes, but put for example your blood in your main backpack and your oil in you supply backpack. When going into the place where you put the blood make sure you only have the main backpack open, then once you've got passed the blood bit drop that vial. Then when you get to the oil area open your supplys backpack up and use the oil on the area and drop the vial on the floor after. Then once you pass here open all your backpacks ready for the hunt!
