First thing to do is link every account you have with authenticator and im not talking only about Tibia, do it for gmail and so on (but emails can also be linked to a SMS code system).
Second thing to do is, either format your PC or download a good AV + good antimalware to get rid of it, i recommend GData as AV and Malwarebytes, theres other good and incredibly strong AVs out there but GData beats them all, maybe loses to FSecure (both incredibly slow and heavy).
Third thing to do, do not seek places to download paid scripts for free and dont run .exe without a good AV installed on your computer, whats wrong with you ? Lol.
