About doors,etc!

Hey, I got few problems, My windbot don't open doors or pick items from the ground, what Could I do?

That's a very vague statement. Could you go into more detail about what type of door, how you're trying to open it, what items you're trying to pick up, where from, and where to? Also, are you playing an OT server?

You could open them by hand.
