wind bot will not load my chars name to open bot. everything is updated and it has be uninstalled and reinstalled still not working what do i do?

im using tibia 10.99 and windbot 2.8.7 and it's not recognizing any character.... i bought the bot right now and i'm losing my time?....

Ok, so after some days looking around WindBot i bought licence (30 days) today and after 6h still done NULL 0.
I have Tibia 11 and WindBot 2.8.7 - How long i need to w8 for update or some stuff like that ? i wasted my morning for this

Well, 1 month already and everything I hear is:
-Working on it.
-Will be released soon.
-Working on latest details.
-Testing some final features.
Just dont lie and say: I will release when I can... Not saying: Ill try at the end of this week... and keep us misinformed.
I know you work hard, I know people will put sh*t on me etc etc, but at the end of the day this is a job for you.
Is like software that recomend you to use old JAVA versions.. why? I want newest for others software to work or in this case just because I want to play on new client.
Disanpointed as customer, not because service, but as I said before misinformed at all.
