botted for approx 8hrs then regain full stamina, always at pc..with alarms and always answered pm or ppl on rest....if i left pc id go to pz etc

How much i must dont use a bot for be a safe?
I mean if i bot char 1-300 and i didn't use a bot for hmm like 4-5 months its safe? Or that acc will be never safe?
