It sounds like you have an infinite loop in your script which would cause this behaviour. Is this only when you run one specific script? Or does it happen for all scripts?

sometimes just open the bot
when it connects with the customer
he already is all white
sometimes I put the scrpt
HMM after 20 minutes it is white
the bot keeps turning
