Like @safens said, if you are going to use Wind Addons the RAM is all that matters. At least it was for me when using a very similar config on NFOServers.

I have never used windaddons before, what makes it so good? At the moment I'm only running 2 accounts on the server and its working super smooth, might get another account running soon.

with WindAddons you can limite your fps, usefull right amount of mc's without use alot of memory
