These are the mechanics behind Mad Sheep training:
    • When you use a weapon with too high level requirements, the weapon will loose 1 attack for every level your missing. If your weapon gets down to 0 (or negative) attack your skill no longer have any effect and the only thing effecting your damage is your level. The formula for how much damage you will deal before reductions is then: floor(YOUR_LEVEL / 5).
    • Mad Sheeps have 1 armor, so we need to deal 2 damage before reductions in order to get a blood hit. This means that it's possible to train on Mad Sheeps if you're between level 10 and level 14. If you're level 15 you will deal 2 damage per hit and the Mad Sheep won't be able to keep up. You can still train on it, but you will sometimes have to stop attacking in order to let it heal back up. All-in all you would be better of making a new character rather than training a level 15.
    • If we're level 10, we need to use a weapon that has a level requirement that is at least 10 levels higher than its attack. The weakest weapons that we can use are the one-handed level 55 weapons. However, if we're level 14 we need to use a level 60 weapon. If you for some reason want to use a two handed weapon you also need to use a level 60 weapon.
    • Mad Sheeps are not the only healing monsters in the game. For example, a Monk has 25 armor. This means that if we're level 130-134 and are using an Umbral Master weapon we will do exactly 1 damage on every hit to a Monk. However, Monks heal more than 1 damage per turn so we can likely get away with higher levels as well. Other monsters have other armor values which calls for other level ranges. However, if you want to train on anything other than a Mad Sheep it is likely that you will need such a high level that the only acceptable weapons are the Umbral Master weapons.

Step 1. Go to a full dominando server. Why? Because they don't care about a lvl 10 that is online.
Step 2. Go to a non-logout zone. There are many. One is at Mawhawk in Roshamuul. Just get some help to get there. It's not hard.
Step 3. Make mad sheep there, close client, and come back next day.

I just did this method and it worked the best.
No need for bot or even a client up hahha.
I just recommend doing it on empty dominando worlds, the chances of someone going there is lower.
It can be any non-logout zone. Hardcore servers is good too. No1 would exiva a lvl 10. They dont care.

Ofc best is to be friend with a dominating guild and help go to some remote non-logout spot.
Premia is a good dominando world. It's empty too.

Technically, you could be online & skilling 24/7 without even using bot.
There is however a small chance that the mad sheep dies. But it never happened to me.
