Just read what I said, the action is disabled, that is why it doesn't equip them. Go on Scripter > Persistent and enable RingAmulet action. Just click two times on "no", then it will be "yes" and it will be enabled and it will equip normally. If you want also, you can redownload the script, it's enabled now.

exori and exori min on 2, exori gran on 3, utito on 4, ignore single monsters and exori single guard/tyrant enabled. That might increase a bit your waste but your exp will be higher than usual.

I actually did north and east spawns at level 90. It's completely possible, it's recommended as 100 just to have those extra mana/health.

Do West only or West + Ghastly if you feel like it's too low exp/profit for you. You'll notice that the Cobra Spawn is disabled by now.
