Use Exura ico when no healer on screen

I need an hotkey for my knight, so when its not "character name" (druid) on screen it uses exura ico, and when its druid on screen, dont heal with exura ico.

Edit: or just simple change healing % down when its druid on screen.

could you improve this @Diaxy with more healing rules for instance if hpp lower than 40% and druid not on screen use exura gran ico and if it gran ico not available use great health potion along with the healing u already have added for below 95%
