setsettings for supplies didnt work property

If i trying:
setsetting('Supplies/Items/mana potion/ID', '268')

and when i change this ID to ex. strong mana potion then this setting changing sometimes property item ID, Name, Price, Weight etc. but usually it changing only ID

Is there any other way to change supplyitem name or id using function working with all values? its important for me

Yes, that is kinda how it's supposed to work. If you want to edit the other properties, you're free to do so and there are functions to help you with that. However, I wouldn't recommend doing that.
