one question though how can I set the number of creatures I already have killed on the kill counter? (its showing only whatever i killed since i started the bot when i have 200 medusas already done)

I think with full def set you will be alright
Just go with full dwarven set + good helmet/shield

Alright, if i don't have dwarven set, nones sell dwarven legs and dwarven armor is about 4kk the buy offer hahah, so i have grasshopper and zaoan legs, MMS and can afford a demon armor , its doable?

I guess usually with zaoan legs should be ok. But wouldn't vouch for it, you gotta test usually should be safe.
BTW you can just do dwarven legs quest it's pretty easy can prevent you from receiving a headshot

i saw the ss on this thread, i liked it, im now at hidden lizards, thinking about changing, it would be risky? Do u suggest any place? Souleater is already taken...

I would say either just run Deeplings South or get the Forbidden Lands Script maybe? Also nice for XP and tasks
but as i said, you should easily be able to handle it on lvl 175 with full def set, in my opinion

Open Console (press ctrl + E) and type killCount.add(200, 'Medusa') and you're good to go. I'll update that script to add the bosses later this week.

Okay found a small problem, on the way to refill my char got drunk and stuck upstairs here. You might have a smart way to solve this,
