Need to have the same resolution as tibia if you keep other games on fullscreen, but I still think the best way is to play whatever other games you play on windowed mode.

The thing with the same resolution doesn't work for me on win 8.1 but it did on win 10. Just minimize tibia whilst running windaddons and you can play csgo fullscreen.
