use dropped mana potions

I am hunting necros/magicians using smp and need a persistent to use dropped mp.
should be pretty simple but couldnt find it neither do it myself.

put them on hotkey, loot them to the supply backpack and add to self healing use mana potion for 80-90 percent (or higher than smp)
