Problem with graphics after loading Windmods

You are using WindMods? If so, this bug happens when the UAC window pops up.
It's just a glitch, and disappears after you walk for a while.

I can't use OpenGL on my x64 laptop, cuz it makes that I have terrible lags. Similary when I use DirectX5. Only Directx9 doesn't make me having lags. Is it possible to fix it so I could use all of those?

With Open GL all is okay?

Yes, I use WindMods.
Is there any possibility to make it doesn't appearing?

Can't check atm as WindMods aren't working for me now, due to new Tibia version, I guess.

I only get that shit on a x64 using direct x9 when I press ctrl alt del to open task manager. Goes away after few steps so no biggie :]
