Use X item on the ground

Hello there,

I am looking for a script that will let me use X item from the ground whenever my character sees it on the screen (considering I can reach this item)
I didn't manage to find the script on the forum so I am asking for some help, haven't figured out how to do it by myself :|

Example:

My toon is hunting in x place, it sees a mushroom on the ground and it has to come up to the mushroom and use it (eat it so to speak)
