true, well would it be possible to set a timer variabel for message sending and forum post, which is based on the amount of reputation you have, i.e. highly respected people on forums, who (obviously) follows the forum rules already, get lower timers, since they are prob the most active.

Possible? Yes. Easy? Unlikely. Worth it? I doubt it.

I honestly don't believe the benefits compensate the trouble of working on it, I'm sorry.
