Where to Hunt - MS 300+

Literally haven't played the game in 4 / 5 years and am looking for places to hunt. Will likely be hunting manually so would like to know the hardcore places and the less hardcore places (while I get back into the stride of things). Mostly care about exp, but would also like to know where is amazing for profit at this level.

Are there any good sorcerer guides?

Glooth bandits is great for your level, really good profit too, might be boring hunting it manually though.

Thanks Bartina. Is there any way to quickly get around Oramond or do I just run to the spots and depot etc

just go west of the depot there is the main spawn for mage solo at that lvl, i dont know the stats of hunting there manual but i get from 1.4kk/hr to 2kk/hr without bonus while boting
