The different is if you buy account that have been botted in past weeks, up to few months it could be deleted, know about examples that accounts have been not played/botted for 3-4 months still have been detected and deleted.
If account was botted long time ago its not a big deal, anyway probably 90% of 300+ lvl's in tibia was more or less botted/shared
