I received my days trial, however only used 2 hours, since returned the message "registration expired", is to send me the new trial? not used right.

Now i have registration expired. Please do something with it, i wanted to check this bot before i buy it. Please fix my trial days, i didnt use any minute of trial. Its just dont working.
