After computer crash bot stop looting, tried to reinstall bot and tibia. still wont loot any items any idea what could have happend?

I have tried everything reinstall on tibia and the bot. deleted all the files that was left behind. still the bot wont loot. it kills targetting and everything but not looting. alarm even not goes off on gold coins.

Turn of simulated crossair on HUD tab and see what it is up too.
