I am looking for ways to reduce my ping and i have heard of this but know nothing of it. Is it illegal to use in game or if it is even effective? any information would be appreciated greatly.
I also was curious about wind addons i never used it. how safe it is and if the functions all work well?

Proxy is legal, not supported but legal, I use it.
Np Tunnel is a great proxy, works with many games and works well on tibia
