I am looking for ways to reduce my ping and i have heard of this but know nothing of it. Is it illegal to use in game or if it is even effective? any information would be appreciated greatly.

I also was curious about wind addons i never used it. how safe it is and if the functions all work well?

I use Noping as proxy and its VERY good, really improve ur connection, specially if u play overseas, and is not illegal to use any kind of proxy. And wind addons doesnt make ur botting more safe or riskier, it just make it easier.
