-I haven't set "Start WindBot on Launch" (in Advanced Settings) and it still opens WindBot every time I launch profile.

Yeah, I noticed that, and fixed it already.

What exactly is Fast Hotkeys?

Basically, you are no longer limited to F1-F12 hotkeys. If the bot needs a hotkey that does not exist in the client it will quickly switch a hotkey to what it needs, and then change it back to what it was.
