Can you read it? It's only showing you on HUD what monsters are above or below you! It's not floor spy!

It's not the same as spydown in ElfBot. ElfBot used to modify the client to achieve that effect.
The Level Spy in WindBot is nothing more than a HUD Script which is capable of drawing the items and creatures on your screen. Also, it won't modify the client in any ways, different than what it was in the older bots.
