Well, I often go out from house or bot on VPS. Got no way to hear alarm then, that's why my idea comes here.
I'm thinking about application for Android (and mby other OS also) to get notification/ring on your phone. This would work through navigation server system: you would be connected with your windbot clinet to navigation (some private channel). Simple action would send messages through navigation on events like player attack, player on screen etc.
Your phone would be conneted to it navigation also (internet connection required). When you get navigation message your phone would ring and display event (like player on screen) and what character sent message (for people who bot many mcs, you can just connect few chars to 1 room)
Nowadays almost everyone have internet in phones and use it (fb etc). I don't think it is really hard to write api like this. In my opinion many ppl would like it. Also it is nice innovative feature - I don't think any other bot before had something like this (mby except blackd where bot could ring to you through skype).

This was even possible back in the days using, NG. By connecting to email's ftp server and send sms to phone. Indeed it shouldn't be so hard =)

OR you can use Splashtop on your cellphone to control your PC, by now. Would be a cool feature with lower priority, though.

Remote desktops need much transfer (which is limited on cellphones)

im no tech dude, but what if i could just get a iMessage for the iphone users out there? i.e. Character X, "alert name". as simple as that XD would be so sick!
