Script lure problem

Thanks I marked "Target Must Be Reachable" and I solved that problem.

But there's another problem: some times he stop for like 3~4 seconds.

And a last thing, some times he ignore the "Special Areas", I've marked already the policy "Cavebot" and "Targeting". Just some times he do that. What should I do?
