good morning.... i had the problem since yesterday... i dont know if u re using the avg antivirus, but for me thats what happen.... it seems that they made a update, and now... the component Link scanner doesnt allow the bot! so... what i did was just disable it for a bit until i found the way to add one exception!!! try it!

EDIT: @flanesito was right, its because AVG is blocking it, should find a way to solve it anyway!

Had same problem but stoping AVG helped.
