Framerate Control Don't Work

After update the framerate control doesn't work anymore in my notebook, someone have this same bug? i reinstalled everything, like tibia, windbot, windaddon and stills the same ;(.

Dont appear any bug report or message, i launch the client in addon and the fps continues 50

@pauloborges framerate control only works when you minimize your client

I'm pretty sure it works as long as the client isn't in focus
